Join The Hounds Foundation’s National Affiliates

Through The Hounds Foundation, a hunting concern benefits from the opportunity to affiliate itself with the existing entity and avoid costly and cumbersome start-up costs and complicated operational guidelines.

As an Affiliate, your hunt supporters can make tax deductible contributions through the Foundation to benefit your own hunt. We have worked with top non-profit attorneys at the national firm Fox Rothschild and our Accountants, PKF O’Connor Davies in Pennsylvania, to formulate this new program.

We are charitable entity that allows for affiliate hunts to raise charitable funds for the betterment of their organization. Our interest is inspired by groups nationwide, who are hunting with hounds, that are not currently qualified to raise tax deductible funds.

Benefits To Prospective Hunt Clubs Joining The Hounds Foundation:

Affiliate’s Permissible Expenses Include:

• Hound Care (Vet fees, food, GPS collars and radios)
• Equipment purchase, maintenance and repair (Hound truck, horse trailer)
• Kennels (Utilities, supplies, construction and repairs, security)
• Hunt staff horses (Purchase and care, vet fees, feed, hay, bedding, blankets, stall costs and repairs)
• Hunt staff equipment (tack and repairs, uniforms, hunting boots)
• Fence and jump repairs
• Land conservation
• hunt communications (Fixture cards, printing and mailing)
